Lavender jam

Ingredients:

1/2 kg petals

1/2 liter of water

jamming sugar


Pot

Blender

Jars with lids


Preparation:

Place the petals in a pot with water. Then puree everything with a hand blender, as small as possible. Now use the same amount of preserving sugar and boil down according to the instructions on the package. When filling into jars, add a few lavender flowers to each jar and close immediately.


Instead of water you can also use homemade apple juice.
