Horseradish butter

Ingredients:

250 g soft butter

4 tablespoons grated horseradish

1 onion

some parsley

some coriander

some dill

Salt

lemon juice


Bowl

Butter mold / small tin


Preparation:

Place the softened butter in a bowl. Finely chop the parsley, coriander, dill and onion and add to the bowl with the grated horseradish. Mix everything well and season with salt and lemon juice. Then put it in a butter mold and let it cool.


The horseradish butter goes well with grilled foods and baked potatoes.
