Wild garlic or garlic cloves
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons pumpkin seed oil
200 ml sweet cream
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:
Crush the pumpkin seeds in a blender. Then beat in the mixing bowl with the finely chopped wild garlic, egg yolk and lemon juice. Then add the pumpkin seed oil and the whipped cream, stirring constantly. Now the pumpkin seed sauce can be served.
