Ingredients:
4 tbsp horehound herb
1/4 liter of water
1/2 liter of white wine
3 tbsp cream
Preparation:
Finely chop 4 tablespoons of horehound and bring to the boil in a quarter liter of water in a pot. Strain the horehound water through a linen cloth or sieve and add half a liter of white wine to the pure horehound water. Then add 3 tablespoons of cream and cook again until thick.
Application:
Eat as soup.
