Grilled antipasti

The grilled anitpasti is quick to prepare and is vegan. For approx. 4 people

Grilled antipasti

Ingredients:

1 zucchini

1 eggplant

2 large onions

2 ears of corn, pre-cooked

100 g small mushrooms

250 g mini tomatoes (12 pieces)

200 g mini peppers

Salt

pepper


approx. 8 wooden skewers


Preparation:

To prepare, place the wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes so that they don't start to burn on the grill.


Slice the zucchini, eggplant and onions. The corn cobs are cut or broken into wide pieces. Clean and halve the mushrooms and halve the mini peppers.


The mini tomatoes and mushrooms are each placed on 4 skewers. So the mushrooms on 4 skewers and the tomatoes on 4 skewers. Now everything is seasoned with pepper and salt and brushed with herb oil.


The grill antipasti can be grilled or fried in the pan.
