Ingredients:
25 g fenugreek seeds
1/4 liter cold pressed olive oil
small pot
large pot
fine sieve or filter
Brown glass bottle
Preparation:
Squeeze the fenugreek seeds into a small pot and pour the cold-pressed olive oil over them. Place the pot in a water bath (larger pot filled with water and place the smaller pot in it) and cover and simmer for about 2 hours (at a low to medium temperature). Pour the cooled oil through a fine sieve and then pour into brown glass bottles. Don’t forget to label the fenugreek balm with the name and date.
Application:
Use sparingly as a rub for beautiful skin or for better hair growth.
