Ingredients:
1 bottle of organic white wine
2 handfuls of ginkgo nuts
2 tablespoons powdered ginkgo leaves
Can, but doesn't have to be there:
1/2 vanilla pod
a few cardamom seeds
Cinnamon bark
1 stalk of lemongrass
large jar with lid
fine sieve or filter
Bottles with cork stoppers
Preparation:
Crush the ginkgo nuts and put them in a glass with the powdered ginkgo leaves. Then pour over the white wine. For flavor you can add the vanilla pod and cardamom seeds, or cinnamon bark and a stick of lemongrass. Leave the mixture covered for 2 weeks, stirring occasionally.
After 14 days, strain through a fine sieve or filter and pour into bottles and cork well. Don't forget your name and date.
Application:
