Flavonol glycosides, ginkgolides, bilobalide, proanthocyanides, terpene lactones, ginkgolic acids


Other:

☕ Tea: Crush 1 teaspoon of ginkgo (2 teaspoons of the fresh leaf) and pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over it. Let it steep for 10 minutes, strain. 3 cups per day if you don't want to take the powder.
