Artichoke essence

Ingredients:

Fresh artichoke leaves and stems

Grain schnapps or fruit brandy


Screw glass

Pot

Filters

Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Cut the artichoke leaves and stems into small pieces and then place them in a screw-top jar. Now the alcohol is heated in a pot and then poured over the plant parts so that everything is well covered. Leave in the warmth for 14 days.


After 2 weeks, everything can be filtered through a filter and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

The artichoke essence is taken drop by drop for internal use.
