Ingredients:
Deadnettle flowers
high percentage of alcohol
Glass
filter
Brown glass bottle with dropper or pipette
Preparation:
Place the deadnettle flowers in a glass and pour high-percentage alcohol over them so that they are well covered. Then leave it in the warmth for 2 weeks and move the closed jar every now and then.
After 14 days, the dead nettle flowers can be filtered through a filter and the essence can be poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
Use the deadnettle flower essence internally, drop by drop. 15 to 20 drops several times a day.
