tzatziki

Ingredients:

500 g quark

5 cups of sour cream

Garlic powder granulated

1 garlic bulb

1-2 onions

1 green cucumber

Salt

Pepper

1 cup of cream


Bowl

Kitchen grater

Garlic press


Preparation:

Peel off the garlic and onion(s). Cut the onion(s) into small cubes and grate the washed cucumber with a kitchen grater.


In a bowl, put the quark, as well as the sour cream, the grated cucumber and the diced onion. Press the garlic cloves over the bowl through a garlic press and mix everything well. Then add salt, pepper and garlic powder and season to taste. Refine with the cream. Be careful with the garlic powder, as the tzatziki still needs to steep, the garlic powder will make it spicy. So be careful when seasoning. It's better to let everything steep for a few hours and then season again.
