Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups fresh or dried tarragon leaves
2 1/2 cups wine vinegar
Glass with lid
Coffee filter
Pot
Bottle
Preparation:
Put the tarragon leaves in a glass and pour wine vinegar over them. The jar is closed in a sunny place, e.g. B. on the windowsill, let it steep for about 4 to 6 weeks. After this time, the vinegar is poured/strained through a coffee filter and heated in a saucepan until boiling. But it's not allowed to cook. Pour the vinegar into a sterile bottle, add a fresh sprig of tarragon to decorate or add it directly to the salad.
Tarragon vinegar goes wonderfully with salads or wrapped as a gift.
