Ingredients:
1 teaspoon tarragon
4 tablespoons grape seed oil, nut oil or sunflower oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
some black pepper

Preparation:
First cut the tarragon into small pieces. Then put the chopped tarragon, grape seed oil, olive oil, sugar, salt and some pepper in a bowl. Mix everything well and you're done.
Goes great with salad. Theoretically, you could make more of it and bottle it. Only then shake it up again before use and label the tarragon dressing with the name and date.
