Ingredients:
100 g strawberries
1 handful of rose petals
1 bottle of dry white wine
Sparkling wine or mineral water
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries and put them in a glass jar. Add the rose petals and pour over the white wine. Now let it steep for about 1 hour.
After the hour, sparkling wine or mineral water is added. Depending on how everyone likes it, simply season until the strawberry-rose punch is right.
