Ingredients:
25 g dried Silverweed
500 ml white wine
screw-top jar
filter
Bottle
Preparation:
Put the dried Silverweed in the screw-top jar and pour the white wine over it. Then let it stand for 10 days and move the jar every now and then.
After 10 days, the whole thing can be strained through a filter and poured into a bottle. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.
Application:
If necessary, drink 2 glasses a day of the Silverweed wine tincture.
