Ingredients:
10 g fresh crushed Silverweed
100 ml 60% alcohol
screw-top jar
filter
Brown glass bottle with dropper
Preparation:
Put the freshly chopped Silverweed in a screw-top jar and pour the 60 percent alcohol over it. Then leave the closed screw-top jar in the dark for 10 days and move it every now and then.
After 10 days, the whole thing can be filtered through a filter and poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.
Application:
Take 20 drops of the Silverweed essence several times a day.
