Rose punch

Ingredients:

1/4 kg petals

1/4 kg sugar

1 bottle of dry white wine


1 bottle of dry sparkling wine

large glass jar

fine sieve

Bottle with cork or snap cap


Preparation:

Mix the petals with the sugar in a large glass container and pour 1 bottle of dry white wine over them. Then let it stand for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, stirring occasionally. After the specified time, everything is strained through a fine sieve and the leaves are squeezed out well.


Pour 1 bottle of dry sparkling wine into the rose punch and serve decorated with roses.
