Ingredients:

1/4 kg fine sugar

10 tablespoons of rose petals


Glass

Sieve


Preparation:

Cut the rose petals into small pieces and fill the glass jar. Add the sugar and mix well. Let the whole thing stand for 1 week.


After 7 days, the mixture is poured through a sieve and the rose petals are removed.


Application:

Tastes great for fragrant desserts.


 

Ingredients:

5 unsprayed roses with scent

1/4 kg white fine crystal sugar


Kitchen paper

Mortar with pestle

Glass


Preparation:

Pluck the rose petals individually, check for insects and let them dry on kitchen paper in a dust-free room.


Crush the dried leaves finely and mix with the sugar. Then store in a sealed jar. The shelf life of rose petal sugar is around 1 year.
