1 kg rose hips

1/2 kg of fine rock sugar

3 liters of grain or good fruit brandy

Earthenware pot or similar

fine sieve



1 kg of rose hips are harvested after the first frost and mixed with fine rock sugar and grain or good fruit brandy for 10 days at 25 degrees Celsius (boiler room, kitchen, etc.).

After one week and three days, the whole thing is strained through a fine sieve and poured into bottles. Don't forget to label it with your name (rose hip liqueur) and date.
