In pine forests. Individual trees that are not in heavily sprayed forests are the starting point. It is important to ask the owner first!


Ingredients:

Tannins, bitter substances, essential oils, resin acids, vitamin C, wax, salicinerin, lauricin, picein


Other:

☕ Tea: Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of sprouts (dried or fresh) and let steep for 10 minutes. Drink seasoned with honey. 3 cups a day are sufficient.


The pine resin is a counterspell and protective agent.


All applications and preparations of spruce and fir are also possible with pine (and vice versa).


The resin is used with an ointment base to make good creams for rheumatism pain or neuralgia. It is of course also a good remedy for the chest and back area, making it easier to cough up when you have a cold.


Bach Flower No. 24 - Pine: is prepared from the flowers of the pine tree. It helps you recognize your own limits without burdening yourself with feelings of guilt. But with it you also learn to accept your own weaknesses with a smile. It is the flower of acceptance, you gain a healthy relationship with your own mistakes.


Hildegard von Bingen: Her juice can be used for ointments and eye remedies. When someone prepares ointments, let him add the juice of their branches and they become stronger and better. Or if someone makes eye ointment, let him add the juice also, and the eyes will shine and see better. On its own it is not suitable for a cure, but as an additive.
