As you can or could read under oregano (Origanum vulgare), it is very versatile and a natural antibiotic. That's why I don't want to withhold the recipe from you, which is very simple.
Ingredients:
1 small handful of fresh oregano
1/2 liter of water
Pot
fine sieve
teapot
Preparation:
Bring the fresh oregano to the boil in a pot of water. Let it simmer briefly for about 3 to 4 minutes and then remove the pot from the heat. Now strain the oregano through a fine sieve and collect the water in a teapot or similar. Squeeze the herb again a little in the sieve.
Application:
The strong tea, so to speak, should be drunk throughout the day and prepared fresh daily.
