Ingredients:
100g flour
4 eggs
1/4 l milk
50g butter
100 g of young mugwort shoots
possibly quark
Preparation:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Then add the flour, eggs, milk and melted butter to a mixing bowl and mix with the mixer to form a smooth dough. Now let the dough rest for half an hour and then mix the chopped, young mugwort shoots into the dough. Now the dough can be fried in a pan to make thin crepes.
The mugwort crepes can, for example, be spread with quark, or eaten without anything on top, with a delicious roast goose. Helps digestion. 😉
