Ingredients:
1 handful of mixture of flowers, leaves and linden bark (branch)
White wine
Screw glass
Filters
Brown glass bottle
Preparation:
Pour the mixture of lime blossoms, leaves and bark into a screw-top glass and pour the white wine over it. Close the screw-top jar, leave it in the warmth for 2 weeks and shake it up again from time to time.
After 14 days, the plant material can be filtered through a filter and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
Drink the linden essence in a liqueur glass if necessary.
