Jerusalem artichoke tincture

Ingredients:

1 tuber of Jerusalem artichoke

Alcohol 60%


screw-top jar

coffee filter

Brown glass bottle with dropper or pipette


Preparation:

Grate the Jerusalem artichoke tuber including the peel and place in a screw-top jar. Then pour the high-proof alcohol over it so that the vegetable mixture is well covered and leave it covered at room temperature for 10 to 14 days.


After about 2 weeks, the whole thing can be filtered through a coffee filter and poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don't forget your name and date.


Application:

Jerusalem artichoke tincture is used dropwise.
