Ingredients:
fresh goldenrod
Organic white wine
Glass with lid
fine sieve, linen cloth or filter
Bottle
Preparation:
Cut the fresh goldenrod into small pieces and fill it halfway in a glass. The glass is then filled with the organic white wine and left to stand for 8 to 14 days. Move the glass every now and then. After the specified time, the essence can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into a bottle. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
Drink with a small glass of goldenrod essence with meals.

If you want a tincture, use dried goldenrod and alcohol.
