The plant's homeland is North Korea and Manchuria. Ginseng cultivation has been practiced by Central European farmers for some time, but requires great expertise and a lot of sensitivity. It is very difficult to get a fresh root rich in active ingredients.


Ingredients:

30 ginsenosides = saponins, essential oil, sugar, starch, estrogen tannin, bitter substances, vitamins, germanium


Other:

☕ Tea: 1 g of root powder is poured into 100 ml of boiling water. 1 to 2 cups a day have an invigorating effect.


🛑 If the dosage is too high, insomnia, nervousness and diarrhea can occur!!! Ginseng is not intended for long-term use, you should stop taking it for a while after 3 months, younger people after 2 months. You should also avoid drinking coffee and other stimulating substances, the interaction with medications should also be taken into account and you should not take ginseng during pregnancy.


Ginseng can be found in cosmetic products; it promotes blood circulation in the skin and thus the aging process.


If ginseng is too expensive for you and doesn't want to use it in powder form, you can also try taiga root. Taiga root belongs to the same botanical family as ginseng and in recent years has often been considered the "better" one. Ginseng or as "Siberian" Ginseng on the market. The always green shrub that doesn't weaken even at low temperatures. The rhizome is harvested in October or spring and, in the form of tea or tincture, is considered one of the best remedies for stress and loss of performance.
