Ginger vinegar

If you use a ginger bulb in a dish and the ginger needs to be peeled, do not throw away the peel, it can be used for the following recipe:

Ingredients:

Ginger bowl

Vinegar


Glass with lid


Preparation:

Wash the ginger peel under water and put it in a glass. Then pour vinegar over the bowl and let it stand for 3 months.


After a quarter of a year, the ginger vinegar has a spicy, hot taste and can be used not only in dishes, but also for sensitivity to the weather and nausea.
