Garlic vinegar

Ingredients:

1 clove of garlic

200 ml fruit or wine vinegar


Preparation:

Chop a clove of garlic finely, place it in a glass container and pour the fruit or wine vinegar over it. Then let it sit tightly closed for 2 to 3 weeks.


After 2 to 3 weeks, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve. Pour into a dark bottle and store in a cool place. Don't forget to label with the date and name.


Application:

Dab it onto inflamed areas of skin, such as those that occur with acne. For gout and joint pain, mix a tablespoon of garlic vinegar with a glass of water (200 ml), drink a glass three times a day.
