Figwort tincture

Ingredients:

Brownwort root

high alcohol schnapps


dark screw-top glass

fine sieve

Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Mash the figwort root and place it in a dark screw-top jar. Then pour the high-proof schnapps over it so that it is two finger-widths above the plant material. Now let it steep in a bright place for 3 weeks and keep moving the glass.


After 3 weeks, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Figwort tincture for internal use, take up to 5 drops 3 times a day.
