Ingredients:
120 to 150 ml of water
1 tablespoon green tea
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:
Bring the water to the boil briefly in a pot and let it cool for five minutes. Now put the green tea in a bowl and pour the water over it. Let it steep for another 5 minutes and then strain the tea through a fine sieve. Allow the tea to cool completely.
In the meantime, mix the wheat germ with the honey in another bowl. Then mix the cooled tea infusion into the porridge and spread on the face.
Leave the face mask with green tea and wheat germ on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.
