Potassium, phosphorus, silica, magnesium, B vitamins, carotene, starch, protein, fiber

☕ Tea: Add 2 tablespoons of organically grown wheat grains to 1/4 liter of cold water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and then strain. 1 cup before going to sleep is sufficient.


Wheat is the undisputed number one among baking varieties. Nutrition specialists are not happy about this, as the number of wheat allergy sufferers is increasing.


The bran of the wheat grains is used as a remedy rather than the flour.
