To find:

The old elm trees are hardly to be found anymore because they are affected by a nasty disease.Dutch elm disease, also known as Dutch elm disease, is a fungal disease caused by the pathogen Ophiostoma novo-ulmi (Ceratocystis ulmi). You should therefore be careful when collecting that the elms are healthy.

Tannins, phytosterol, mucilage, bitter substances, potassium


Other:

☕ Tea: Add 1/2 bark with 1/4 liter of cold water, heat to boiling and let steep for a few more minutes. 1 cup per day is sufficient.
