Ingredients:

Starch, fat, protein, glycosides, saponins, vitamins, essential oil, tannins, resin


Other:

☕ Tea: Add 5 tablespoons (approx. 50 grams) of dried corn styli to 1 liter of water and let it boil for about 10 minutes, then strain. Drink a few sips every 3 hours throughout the day. The tea tastes a little sweet and should not be added to any additional sugar.


In contrast to local grains, corn is not biologically complete because it lacks essential amino acids.


The smoke from the lit corn stalks is an intoxicant for the South American Indians. Cigarette paper is made from the wrappers.


It is found everywhere in the kitchen, for example in polenta, as corn starch, in pudding powder, as popcorn, cornflakes or as corn germ oil. Corn semolina, groats and flour are made from the grains, and germ oil is obtained from the seedlings of the grains. If you have gluten intolerance, you can use corn.
