Strictly protected plant, digging up the bulb is prohibited. Sometimes lily of the valley can be found in large populations in sparse deciduous forests.

Other:

The lily of the valley is considered a symbol of love. It has all the colors that play a role in love. The white flowers represent innocence, the bright green leaves represent hope and the bright red berries represent passion.


🛑 Be careful! Highly toxic, personal use is not recommended. Eating lily of the valley leaves repeatedly causes death or serious illness.


Lily of the valley is an introductory plant for potassium (internally it is better to use the other potassium plants, e.g. chicory, lemon balm, mullein and bitter clover).


The essential oil is popular in perfumes.
