Candles have always played an important role in magic spells. They can increase our concentration by looking into one or two flames. Fire is a powerful element and a spell cast over an open flame is sent with more force and is responded to in the same way.
Most Wiccans always have a supply of candles of different colors and sizes ready for all occasions.
Tea light
Tea or tea light candles are very small, round candles that usually come in their own metal container. They are usually used in groups in special holders because they burn quickly. They can be used for short spells.
Votive candles
These medium-sized candles are short and squat and take longer to burn than tea lights. Due to their shape, they burn quite slowly as the wick sinks into the candle. They often leave a lot of wax behind.
Pillar candles
They are similar to vitiv candles and are quite large, high, wide and take a very long time to burn down. It also leaves a lot of wax behind after burning. You should consider the spell you use. If the spell requires the candle to burn out completely before the intention is invoked (as most spells do), this candle may not be the right one. But there are also spells that require you to burn the candle gradually, depending on the phase of the moon or the day of the week.
Pointed and tapered candles
The pointed candle is the candle that is suitable for every tick. It is elongated and slim and burns evenly and fairly quickly, although not as quickly as a tea light. They also have the highest and brightest flames and the wax melts away as the candle burns. They last long enough to convey intentions and you have enough surface area to carve symbols.
Special magic candles
There are many specialty candles on the market that are made specifically for certain types of spells. These are candles made with other magically attuned materials such as herbs, crystals, or essential oils and/or infused with special magical symbols to enhance their power.

Brown
Brown represents balance stability and harmony with nature. It is used to connect with wildlife. Black

Phases of the Moon
The moon is considered a powerful symbol of feminine energy, mysterious in its nature and full of quiet power. Different spells work differently during different phases of the moon. For example, some spells utilize the increasing power of the waxing moon to increase the effectiveness of a spell, while other spells only need to be cast during a full moon for maximum effect. Fewer spells need to be cast when the moon is waning, but there are some spells that require you to closely follow the phases of the moon to cast the full spell.

Now you can place the candle in the holder and light it with matches.
