Barberry juice

Ingredients:

ripe barberry berries


Linen cloth

Bottles


Preparation:

The ripe berries are crushed and placed in a cool place for a few days. After a few days, the berries are squeezed through a linen cloth.


Dissolve 16 parts of sugar in 10 parts by weight of juice. So to briefly explain, with 10 g of juice, 16 g of sugar is dissolved, etc. If you want to use the juice immediately, you can put it in the refrigerator. If you want it to last longer, you have to boil it in a pot.


Don't forget to label with name and date.


Application:

For drinking and seasoning. The barberry juice can be used like lemon juice, it also works the same way.
