Ingredients:
0.7 liters of barberry juice
2 teaspoons of agar agar
1/4 kg honey or cane sugar

Screw jars
Preparation:
Pour the barberry juice into a pot. Then add agar-agar and the honey or cane sugar and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes and then pour into screw-top jars. Don’t forget to label it with your name (barberry jelly) and date.
