Ingredients:
Arnica flowers
cold pressed sunflower oil or olive oil
Screw glass
Filters
Bottle
Preparation:
Place the arnica flowers half full in the screw-top jar and pour the sunflower or olive oil over them so that all the petals are covered. Then place the sealed jar in the sun for 3 weeks and shake it every now and then.
After 3 weeks, the oil can be filtered through a filter and poured into a bottle. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
For external use. You can mix arnica oil with marigold oil and then have a nice massage oil.
