Angelica tincture

Ingredients:

100 g dried root

1/2 liter of high-proof grain schnapps


Glass with lid

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Amber glass bottle with dropper attachment or pipette bottle


Preparation:

The dried, cut root is placed in a glass and a high-proof grain schnapps is poured over it. Then leave it in a closed jar in the warmth for 2 weeks and shake it every now and then.


After this time it is strained, passed through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into brown glass bottles with a dropper attachment or pipette bottle. Label the angelica tincture with your name and date.
