Ingredients:
10 g verbena
10 g bloodroot
10 g wormwood
10 g ribwort plantain
Wine or grain schnapps
Glass with lid
fine sieve, linen cloth or filter
Bottle
Preparation:
Put verbena, bloodroot, wormwood and ribwort plantain in a glass and pour wine or schnapps over it so that everything is well covered. Then leave it at room temperature for 10 days, moving occasionally.
After 10 days it can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into bottles. Don't forget the label and date, the herbal tincture is ready.
You can also increase the number of grams of herbs. Just make sure it's in equal parts.
Application:
One teaspoon full 2 to 3 times a day
