Tea mixture for headaches

Ingredients:

20 g St. John's wort

20 g lemon balm leaves

20 g peppermint leaves

20 g yarrow herb

20 g sweet clover herb

Preparation:

Mix the St. John's wort, the lemon balm leaves, the peppermint leaves, the yarrow herb and the sweet clover herb and mix them well. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture and leave covered for 10 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.

Application:

Drink the tea hot and in sips. Drink three cups daily for 6 weeks.

Tea blend for headaches and circulatory problems

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of lemon balm

1 teaspoon rosemary

Preparation:

Mix the lemon balm and rosemary well in a bowl. Then pour 200 ml of boiling hot water over the mixture and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.

Then strain through a sieve.

Application:

Drink the unsweetened tea hot and in sips. 2 to 3 cups daily.
