Shepherd's purse wine

Ingredients:

about 100 g fresh shepherd's purse herb

0.7 liters of red wine

Glass

fine sieve or filter

Bottle with snap cap or cork

Preparation:

Cut the shepherd's purse herb into small pieces and place in a glass. Then pour the red wine over it and let it sit in the cool, but not the fridge, for 1 week.

After 7 days, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve or filter. Then pour it into a bottle with a snap cap or cork and label it with your name (shepherd's purse wine) and date.

Application:

Drink a liqueur glass 3 times a day.
