Quendel tincture

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons thyme

1/4 liter of high-proof alcohol (at least 60%)

screw-top jar

filter

Brown glass bottle

Preparation:

Put the thyme in a screw-top jar and pour the high-proof alcohol over it. Then let it stand for 10 days.

After time, filter through a filter and pour into an brown glass bottle. Don't forget the name and date on the bottle.

Application:

3 tablespoons of Quendel tincture per day after meals.
