Pansy vinegar

Ingredients:

3 handfuls of pansy flowers

1 liter of wine vinegar

Glass

fine sieve

Bottle

Preparation:

Place the pansy flowers in a glass and pour the wine vinegar over them. Then place it in a sunny place for 2 weeks and move it occasionally.

After 14 days, the pansy flowers can be strained through a fine sieve and the vinegar can be poured into a bottle. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.

Store the pansy vinegar in a cool place.

Application:

Can be used in a leaf salad as a special seasoning.

Can help/helps with:

Drinking 1 tablespoon of pansy vinegar in 1/4 liter of water can help with nervousness and fatigue.

Diluted with a little water, this vinegar is also a wonderful facial tonic that relaxes the features and makes them ready for nourishing creams.
