Ingredients:
3 handfuls of pansy flowers
1 liter of wine vinegar
Glass
fine sieve
Bottle
Preparation:
Place the pansy flowers in a glass and pour the wine vinegar over them. Then place it in a sunny place for 2 weeks and move it occasionally.
After 14 days, the pansy flowers can be strained through a fine sieve and the vinegar can be poured into a bottle. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.
Store the pansy vinegar in a cool place.
