Horseradish tincture

Ingredients:

1 finely chopped root

1/4 liter of pure alcohol

Screw glass

fine sieve

Brown glass bottle

Preparation:

Put the finely chopped horseradish root in a glass and pour the pure alcohol over it. Close the gals and let stand for 8 days. Shake occasionally.

After time, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.

Application:

Take the horseradish tincture drop by drop on sugar.

If you want to use the tincture externally, you have to dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:2.
