Cellulite milk

Ingredients:

1 handful of fresh ivy leaves

1/4 liter of milk

Pot

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Bottle

Preparation:

Crush the fresh ivy leaves and put them in a pot. Then pour over the milk and bring to a simmer over low heat.

Now strain through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and pour into a bottle. Don't forget to label with the date and name.

The milk should always be freshly prepared as the milk does not have a very long shelf life.

Application:

The cellulite milk to apply to the affected areas of the skin.
