Blinis

Ingredients:

1/4 liter milk

2 eggs

6 heaped tablespoons of buckwheat flour

a bit of salt

oil

mixing bowl

Mixer or mixer with mixing sticks

Preparation:

Put the milk, eggs and buckwheat flour in a mixing bowl and season with a little salt. Now stir everything well.

Now add oil to a pan and carefully pour a thin batter into the pan using a ladle. Turn once and then continue until all the dough is gone.

The blinis can be decorated and enjoyed with caviar, borage, salad, chocolate, jam, etc. So fill it as desired.
