Blackberry schnapps

Ingredients:

500 g crushed ripe blackberries

3/4 liter of high-proof grain schnapps

500 g sugar

1/4 liter of water

Screw glass

fine sieve

Linen cloth

Bowl

Bottle

Preparation:

The crushed ripe blackberries are placed in a screw-top glass and poured with the high-proof grain schnapps. Then the whole thing is left in the sun for 6 weeks.

After these 6 weeks of steeping time, pour the juice through a sieve and filter again through a cloth.

Now mix the sugar and water together well and add to the blackberry-schnapps mixture. The sugar solution is mixed well with the mixture and bottled.This blackberry schnapps tastes better than any store-bought one and is an elixir of life.
