Aniseed wine

Ingredients:

40 g aniseed

1 liter of dry white wine

Glass jar

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Bottle

Preparation:

Put the aniseed in a glass jar and pour the dry white wine over it. Then cover and leave to stand for about 1 week.

After 7 days, it can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into a bottle. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.

Application:

Drink the aniseed wine in a liqueur glass after eating.
